During Amsterdam Fashion Week, we organized the "CLAIM YOUR SEAT" workshop in collaboration with Harper's Bazaar. A remarkable milestone in which we helped women confidently take their place, both literally and figuratively.
In an interactive and personal session, we, along with Harper's Bazaar editor-in-chief Miluska van 't Lam , guided women through the power of self-confidence. We showed how clothing can carry your story, how rituals bring peace and focus, and how to create a first impression that strengthens your position.
The room was filled with strong, ambitious women. Women who shared their feelings, dreams, and stories. Women who trusted, encouraged, and cheered each other on. Women who felt seen, heard, and empowered by our workshop. Each participant spoke candidly about what self-confidence means to them. About beliefs that can hold you back and about ways to break through them. This resulted in honest conversations in which personal stories and rituals held the key to growth and strength.
At SUITS for her, it's not about making as many suits as possible, but about helping as many women as possible claim their seats . Our suits are a tool to support women on their journey to greater visibility, confidence, and self-assurance. They are the fuel you need to confidently appear every day, at work, on stage, or at a wedding.
The workshop proved just how much we need these kinds of moments. Afterwards, we received countless messages from women who discovered their true potential and decided to take their place more strongly and consciously from now on. And this has left us wanting more.
