What unforgettable days we had at Amsterdam Fashion Week . Our debut and a historic moment: for the first time, a place was created for modest fashion brands.
Every second felt special. Every conversation, every encounter brought new energy. We met inspiring women, shared stories, and saw how power is created when women empower each other. That's what SUITS for her stands for: growing together, empowering each other, and facing the world with confidence.
A flying start
We kicked off with a press breakfast . The room was packed with interested guests. Our founder, Sarah , touched hearts with her pitch. The results were quick to follow: an extensive interview in Het Parool , an atmospheric report in NRC , and a collaboration with Harper's Bazaar .
A lively gallery & pop-up
Word spread quickly, and soon our gallery and pop-up were filled with visitors. Here, we shared the SUITS for Her story, and women could try on our new collection of suits and take them home. Timeless designs that empower women.
A closing song full of impact
We concluded these three days with a legendary "Claim Your Seat" workshop, in collaboration with Miluska van 't Lam , editor-in-chief of Harper's Bazaar . In an intimate setting, we explored the meaning of self-confidence. What does it mean to you? How do you take your place, with style and conviction? It was a personal, vulnerable, and inspiring session. Each woman concluded with a personal promise to herself: a reminder of the powerful woman she is every day.
The sequel
These three days have confirmed what we've always believed: there's space, a need, and energy for a brand that helps women showcase their power. And this is just the beginning. We'll be back soon, in person, in person. We promise!
Special thanks to Yeliz Cicek, Miluska van 't Lam, Danie Bles, Amsterdam Fashion Week, Fosbury & Sons Amsterdam, Maison Modeste , and Harper's Bazaar for their support, trust, and collaboration.
Towards a future in which we continue to strengthen each other. Together.
Warm greetings,
Team SUITS for her
